Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SpinalDecompression.com (the "Platform"), operated by Online Spine LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

The Platform connects patients with independent healthcare providers who have met certain equipment, protocol, and communication standards. These providers are independent practitioners — not employees, agents, or representatives of Online Spine LLC.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program description: Online Spine LLC (SpinalDecompression.com) offers an SMS messaging program to provide consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, assessment results, and provider matching updates to patients who have opted in through our website.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@spinaldecompression.com.

Message frequency and rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the SMS messaging program.
